This is an oversized item and must ship by truck (LTL carrier) rather than small parcel. Please indicate if lift gate ($45) (no loading dock) and/or inside delivery ($35) (to door/garage) services are required. Any services needed in order to complete delivery that are not indicated at the time of order placement will be billed separately, including any carrier's re-delivery, lift gate, residential, or inside delivery fee.
